Plain-English summary: We provide structured booking growth consultancy and implementation services. Results depend on your market, pricing, and implementation environment. We don't promise specific revenue outcomes, but we do promise clear work, clear communication, and professional delivery.
Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PrimeBookings website and any services provided by PrimeBookings ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Website use
- You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its security or availability.
- Content on this website is provided for general information and may be updated at any time.
- You are responsible for ensuring any information you submit is accurate and not misleading.
Booking Audits
The PrimeBookings Booking Audit is a paid diagnostic service.
- The Booking Audit is a structured visibility and conversion review based on publicly available information and links you provide.
- The Audit includes written findings and prioritised recommendations for improving booking consistency.
- The Audit does not constitute legal, accounting, or regulatory advice.
- The Audit does not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or revenue increases.
- Audit delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of booking.
Paid services
Following completion of a Booking Audit, clients may choose to purchase additional services (e.g., Implementation Sprint or monthly optimisation). Scope, deliverables, timelines, and access requirements will be confirmed in writing (email is sufficient).
- We will deliver services with reasonable skill and care.
- Service delivery may require access to platforms (e.g., Google Business Profile manager access) or your booking systems.
- We may use third-party tools and platforms as part of delivery (e.g., analytics, reporting, communications).
- We may refuse or pause work if required access is not provided or if platform policies prevent changes.
Payments
- Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments may be processed via a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Your payment information is handled by that provider.
- Late or failed payments may result in paused delivery until payment is received.
Cancellations & refunds
We aim to be fair and transparent. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service:
Booking Audit
- If cancellation is requested before work has commenced, we may offer a full refund at our discretion.
- Once the Booking Audit has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
One-time services (e.g., Setup Sprint)
- If work has not started, you may request cancellation within a reasonable period and we will consider a full or partial refund.
- If work has started, refunds are generally not available, but we may offer partial refunds at our discretion depending on work completed.
Monthly services
- Monthly plans are billed in advance for the upcoming period.
- You can cancel future billing by providing notice before the next billing date.
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are typically non-refundable once work for that period has commenced.
If you believe there has been an error, contact us and we will review it promptly.
Client responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information and timely responses needed for delivery.
- You are responsible for your own pricing, offers, and service delivery to your customers.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to third-party platforms required for implementation.
- You agree not to request actions that violate platform policies (including Google Business Profile guidelines).
Liability
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as ranking positions, number of bookings, or revenue increases. Results depend on many factors outside our control (competition, location, pricing, seasonality, platform changes, and your responsiveness).
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, revenue, or business).
- Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service in the 3 months prior to the claim (unless law requires otherwise).
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (e.g., fraud).
Intellectual property
- Website content, branding, and materials are owned by PrimeBookings or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.
- Any templates, frameworks, or reports provided may be used by you for your own business, but may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
Privacy
Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy .
